About Tim

I was born and raised in NC and have vacationed in SC all my life. After retiring from IBM in NC’s Research Triangle Park, I decided to pursue my life-long passion in real estate at a place I loved and have been coming to for as long as I can remember—the beautiful Grand Strand. Living at the coast is a dream come true.

My wife, Angie, and I have owned property in Pawleys Island since 2014. We have a grown son, Max, who lives in Raleigh, NC, and a three-year-old golden retriever, named Coach.

When I’m not helping people realize their coastal-living dreams, you can find me running, biking, fishing or throwing a frisbee for Coach on Litchfield Beach.
