Proud business owner of "Henry Homes & Properties LLC" Budd Henry moved to Myrtle Beach in 2012 after earning a specialized business degree and accepting a marketing position with a successful Fortune 500 company. After 13 years of marketing and management experience and knowledge coupled with his undergraduate degree in psychology, criminal justice and sales has provided him with valuable unique assets that he uses daily in real estate. This includes negotiations, lenders, educating home buyers and sellers, and effectively marketing listings and finding clients their dream home in the very desired Grand Strand area. Budd’s clients often describe him as the most passionate, detail-oriented, proactive, honest, “straight from the hip” and fun to be around guy. After living for many years in the area, Budd currently resides in Carolina Forest with his wife, Christina and little girl.
